All orders are processed automatically by computer, and they cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been processed or the invoice has been issued. Please be aware that Mediskin is not responsible for any issues that may arise from the computer system.

If you find that the quality of the product you received is defective after opening it, please return the opened product, along with its original packaging and the relevant delivery note and receipt, to our company within 7 working days after the arrival of the goods. Please notify us of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem for you as soon as possible. However, if more than 7 days have passed since the arrival of the goods, it will be considered a completed transaction and Mediskin's responsibility will have been fulfilled.

Standard shipping for domestic will take 3-5 days, international will takes 7-12 business days from the time that your order leaves our warehouse.
